Ingredients:

Main Ingredients:

  • Ground beef: 2 pounds
  • Onion, diced: 1/2
  • Saltine cracker crumbles: 1 cup
  • Milk (for meat mixture): 1 cup
  • Flour: 1 1/2 cups
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter: 30 milliliters (approx. 2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper: To taste

For the Gravy:

  • Cream of mushroom soup: 1-2 cans
  • Milk (for gravy): 3/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, milk, diced onion, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and crushed saltine crackers. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
