The old woman proudly replied, \u201cNo sir, I was driving exactly the speed limit. 22 miles per hour!\u201d\n</p><p>The policeman tried to stop himself from laughing and explained that \u201c22\u201d was the route number, not the speed limit.\n</p><p>A little embarrassed, the woman grinned and thanked the officer for pointing out her mistake.\n</p><p>\u201cBut before I let you go, ma\u2019am, I have to ask. Is everyone in the car okay? These women look very shaken up, and they haven\u2019t made a peep all this time,\u201d the officer asked.\n</p><p>\u201cOh, they\u2019ll be fine in a minute, Officer.
