I\u00a0never thought I\u2019d be\u00a0sharing something like this, but I\u2019m feeling lost and alone, and\u00a0I don\u2019t know what to\u00a0do. My\u00a0husband, Matt, and\u00a0I have been together for eight years, and married for five. We\u2019ve always had a\u00a0strong relationship, full of\u00a0love and understanding. But since the birth of\u00a0our twins, things have changed so\u00a0drastically that\u00a0I barely recognize\u00a0us anymore.\u201d\n</p><p>\u201cMatt and\u00a0I had always dreamed of\u00a0having children, and when we\u00a0found out we\u00a0were expecting twins, we\u00a0were overjoyed. But no\u00a0one really prepares you for the reality of\u00a0raising two babies at\u00a0once. I\u2019m exhausted all the time, barely getting a\u00a0few hours of\u00a0sleep each night. Matt has been helping, but he\u00a0also has to\u00a0work long hours to\u00a0support\u00a0us, so\u00a0most of\u00a0the childcare falls on\u00a0me. I\u00a0know I\u2019ve been distant, and\u00a0I feel guilty about\u00a0it, but\u00a0I just don\u2019t have the energy for anything else. I\u00a0haven\u2019t had a\u00a0moment to\u00a0myself in\u00a0months, and our relationship has suffered because of\u00a0it.\u201d\n</p><p>\u201cMatt came to\u00a0me\u00a0last night and said he\u2019s thinking about leaving.
