{"id":79971,"date":"2024-09-09T15:52:54","date_gmt":"2024-09-09T08:52:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/echowoven.com\/?p=79971"},"modified":"2024-09-09T16:01:41","modified_gmt":"2024-09-09T09:01:41","slug":"the-dog-goes-to-a-butcher","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/echowoven.com\/the-dog-goes-to-a-butcher\/","title":{"rendered":"The Dog goes to a butcher"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Amazed, he takes the money, puts a bag of chops in the dog\u2019s mouth, and quickly closes the shop.\n</p><p>He follows the dog and watches him wait for a green light, look both ways, and trot across the road to a bus-stop.\u00a0 The dog checks the timetable and sits on the bench.\u00a0 When a bus arrives, he walks around to the front and looks at the number, then boards the bus.\n</p><p>The butcher follows, dumbstruck.\n</p><p><img loading='\"lazy\"' decoding='\"async\"' class='\"aligncenter' size-full wp-image-79972 src="%5C%22https:%5C/%5C/echowoven.com%5C/wp-content%5C/uploads%5C/2024%5C/09%5C/The-Dog-goes-to-a-butcher-funny.jpg%5C%22" alt='\"\"' width='\"600\"' height='\"900\"' title='\"\"' srcset='\"https:\/\/echowoven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/The-Dog-goes-to-a-butcher-funny.jpg' https: sizes='\"auto,'>\n</p><p>As the bus travels out into the suburbs, the dog takes in the scenery.\n</p><p>After awhile he stands on his back paws to push the \u201cstop\u201d bell, then the butcher follows him off.\n</p><p>The dog runs up to a house and drops his bag on the step.\u00a0 He goes back down the path, takes a big run, and throws himself -Whap!- against the door.\n</p><p>He does this again and again.\n</p><p>No answer.\n</p><p>So he jumps on a wall, walks around the garden, beats his head against a window, jumps off, and waits at the front door.\n</p><p>A big guy opens it and starts cursing and shouting at the dog.\n</p><p>The butcher runs up and screams at the guy: \u201cWhat the hell are you doing?
