They have a\u00a0birthday 2\u00a0weeks apart from each other, and it\u2019s easier to\u00a0just have one party because it\u2019s just grandparents, uncles, aunts, and a\u00a0ton of\u00a0cousins.\n</p><p>I\u00a0ordered some pizzas and made nachos, the cheese was that big gigantic can of\u00a0cheese from the grocery store. That is\u00a0honestly not even cheese at\u00a0all. I\u00a0also ordered cupcakes with buttercream frosting in\u00a0colors that the kids wanted from the grocery store. We\u00a0had sodas Hawaiian punch and water available to\u00a0drink. As\u00a0in, I\u00a0have seen her eat the same junk\u00a0I was serving at\u00a0the state fair or\u00a0eating Costco pizza.\n</p><p>I\u00a0told my\u00a0husband to\u00a0let his mom know what we\u00a0were serving so\u00a0that she could either eat before or\u00a0bring something to\u00a0eat, or\u00a0I could grab her a\u00a0salad or\u00a0something at\u00a0the pizza place. MIL asks what ingredients are in\u00a0the nacho cheese. I\u00a0tell her\u00a0I don\u2019t know, it\u2019s the big can of\u00a0cheese. She then asks me\u00a0to\u00a0dig the can out of\u00a0the full trash, so\u00a0I can tell her what is\u00a0actually in\u00a0it. I\u00a0refuse. I\u00a0told her if\u00a0she wanted to\u00a0dig through the trash, she could. She just pouted and didn\u2019t eat anything.\n</p><p>Then we\u00a0didn\u2019t have the soda she liked. So\u00a0I\u00a0offered her a\u00a0bottle of\u00a0water, which again was not the kind she liked. The chips were not the pita chips she likes, so\u00a0they were a\u00a0no-go too.\n</p><p>It\u00a0came time for cake, and after singing, she wanted to\u00a0know where the cupcakes came from. She got up\u00a0and left and said, that\u00a0I should offer food all guests could eat!\n</p><p>She is\u00a0now demanding an\u00a0apology. My\u00a0husband is\u00a0saying\u00a0I was rude to\u00a0his mom and\u00a0I should apologize. I\u00a0refused because this party was for the kids and\u00a0I bought kids food that they wanted and that\u00a0I could afford.
