My mom didn\u2019t know she was capturing the last moments of her life. When we finally did, I was going through pictures and found that one,\u201d she wrote.\n</p><p>\u201cI looked at the timestamp and realized it was only five minutes before her declared time of d3ath, so it must have been taken seconds before the person hit them.\u201d\n</p><p>Jensen has chosen to share her story on social media to help others understand that \u2018it is okay to grieve loudly.\u2019\n</p><p>She encourages people to remember their loved ones, saying: \u201cYou don\u2019t have to do it in silence.
